Service Description

The PB180 is a 6-week program where participants will be challenged to consume 30 different/unique plants each week....but it's more than just plants! Why the title "PB180"? ๐ŸŒฑ PB = plant-based (although all meats, seafood, dairy, etc. are completely acceptable during the program) ๐ŸŒฑ 180 = 6 weeks x 30 different/unique plants each week = 180 ๐ŸŒฑ The term "do a 180" = to reverse one's opinions/approach; to begin in the opposite direction; arriving exactly opposite of where one started; to experience the complement/opposite feeling of where you began As a participant, you will receive: ๐Ÿ‘‰ a 6-week calendar to keep track of your progress ๐Ÿ‘‰ guides and checklists for specific plants that fall under the categories of vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds ๐Ÿ‘‰ 10 unique recipes each week that incorporate different plants (That's 60 (!!) recipes.) ๐Ÿ‘‰ weekly education via email regarding plants and gut health As a participant, you do not need to count calories or macronutrients (although you can!). The only counting you will be doing are the number of servings of plants you consume each week. TIP: Find a support system (ex: your partner, a co-worker, a workout companinon) and complete this challenge together.
